Marking the holiday of the Prophet’s Birthday 1445 H, corresponding to Friday 29 Sept 2023, Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has introduced changes in the time of all its services covering customer happiness centres, paid parking zones, public buses, Dubai Metro & Tram, marine transport means, and service provider centres (technical testing of vehicles).
Service provider centres will be closed during this holiday and resume duty on Saturday 30 September 2023.
All customer happiness centres will be closed during the holiday, whereas the smart customer happiness centres at Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Kafaf, and RTA Head Office, which will continue service 24/7 as usual.

Water Bus:
Dubai Marina (BM1) Marina Mall – Marina Walk (and vice versa) from 12:00 (midday) to 12:11 am (on the following day), Marina Promenade – Marina Mall from 04:11 pm to 11:45 pm, Marina Terrace – Marina Walk from 04:08 pm to 11:52 pm. Full line from 04:08 pm to 11:28 pm.
Water Taxi:
Marina Mall – Bluewaters (BM3) from 04:00 pm to 11:40 pm on demand from 03:00 pm to 11:00 pm. The customers have to make a prior booking.
Abra:

Except for the multi-level parking terminals, all public parking will be free on Friday 29 September 2023 and the parking fees will be reactivated on 30 September 2023.
