Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced changes to the business hours of all its services during the holy month of Ramadan 1444H – 2023. RTA services affected by Ramadan timing include customers’ happiness centres, paid parking zones, public buses, Dubai Metro and Tram, marine transit modes, and service-provider centres (Technical Testing).

The timing of the Marine Transport: Water Bus will be as follows: Dubai Marina (BM1) Marina Promenade – Marina Mall Monday to Thursday from 2:00 pm to 9:55 pm, Friday from 01:50 pm to 10:25 pm, Saturday – Sunday from 2:00 pm to 10:25 pm. Marina Mall – Marina Walk from Monday to Thursday from 11:00 am to 11:45 pm, Friday from 12:00 midday to 12:45 am, and Saturday to Sunday from 12:00 midday to 12:45 am. Marina Terrace – Marina Walk. Monday to Thursday from 2:00 pm to 9:55 pm, Friday from 2:00 pm to 10:25 pm, Saturday – Sunday from 2:00 pm to 10:25 pm. The Water Taxi: On request 11:00 am – 05:00 pm. Customers must book in advance.
For public parking, the fees will be applied to all parking spaces from Monday to Saturday, as follows: from: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, and from: 8:00 pm – 12:00 midnight. TECOM area (parking with code (F): from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. The Multi-Level parking terminals will operate on a 24-hour system.
